At Vulcan Forge, our mission is to clear the planet of tyres that have come to the end of their working life... One by one.

We extract the tyre wire before we send the rubber for the first shred.

From this the material is sent through various stages of processing to meet our customers requirements.

We offer a tyre pick up service along with a tyre drop off point.

Our tyre shred and crumb are available in varying sizes.

Our goal is to eventually chemically process the tyres to extract the base compounds for re-use.
